Subscription + Cancellation Terms

Brand Concierge is a month-to-month recurring subscription.

Your subscription automatically renews each month using your payment method on file unless canceled before your next renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Brand Concierge subscription management portal.

Canceling prevents future renewals. Your subscription and included Brand Concierge benefits will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not result in an immediate loss of service.

Payments already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where otherwise required by law.

Unused website update time does not roll over from month to month.

Work outside the scope of your selected Brand Concierge plan may require a separate project quote.

If a recurring payment fails, website management services may be paused until the payment method is successfully updated.
